14:08 Woa! It’s must be difficult & to both film & paint at the same time with both of your hands. It’s even more amazing that you were painting straight lines while holding your phone with your other hand. For me that could be a fun challenge :) Do you paint by looking through the phone or just paint without looking at the phone and still be able to know that it’s not out of frame?

First few seconds in and I already relate so hard. I've been clearing my space and spent some quality time with my mum recently and I think it's helped a lot. So glad to see you spending more time on yourself, evolving and learning more about you and your needs, setting boundaries, finding out what you truly want and value. The cycling route you took is something I would like to attempt one day and a perfect example of what one could miss if deciding on the faster more "efficient" path, you do really need to slow down and smell the roses to appreciate what you have and to give yourself space to simply be. I've missed your videos, but I will wait patiently for any you post in future, if indeed you are able to/want to. Missing Japan right now! I fell in love a little with Yokohama on my last trip in March 🥺❤

I kinda relate, I also thought that being super stressed out to the point that I had physical pain was somewhat normal. Then I had to go to physio-therapy coz I didn't take much care about myself and the therapist, while working on my stiff neck/shoulder/back, said that he never met someone so tense (I was rock solid) ...and I thought it was normal >< That got me thinking about all the ways stress was affecting me without me even noticing (mentally and physically). Rest is paramount even tho I too feel guilty when I take some. The goose story was very interesting btw. Thanks for sharing 💖
